Over the past few years, smaller and more intimate weddings, or ‘the micro wedding’ have become increasingly popular amongst many couples, especially within London. I love all weddings but there is something about these smaller celebrations that is simply charming. Maybe there is a more relaxed element to the day. Perhaps there is less to worry about, or maybe it’s that the focus is more so on being married. Iconic and Timeless Town Hall Weddings in London
I have photographed at many of London’s iconic Town Halls which are all beautiful and have always delivered heartfelt ceremonies for my couples. There are lots of options when it comes to which Town Hall to choose, however, you must ensure you give notice at a registry office at least 29 days before your wedding, whichever venue you decide on. This is a requirement for elopements too, so do think about this before running away to get married! There are also many wonderful venues that cater for smaller groups and are beautiful spaces for your ceremony and sometimes for your reception too.
